Individuals or organizations that want to trade in cosmetics must fully meet the legal conditions required by Vietnamese law such as:
– Prepare documents and applications to register business households to the business registration agency.
– Documents containing the business person’s name and business location
– Has name, business line, cosmetic products.
– Amount of business capital
– Household registration, residential address and ID card with date of issue
– Copy of the business individual’s ID card;
– Documents proving headquarters, house rental contract for business

3. Cosmetic business conditions for businesses that announce the circulation of cosmetic products
For individuals or organizations that name cosmetic declaration documents, they must have a business registration certificate. Requirements for this document include:
- Business registration certificate or investment license (notarized copy).
- Attached is a floppy disk of published data
- The language presented in the specific clear announcement can be in Vietnamese or English.
- Each product and cosmetic needs to have 03 declarations
In the following cases, cosmetic products allowed to be published in the same copy must be packaged under a common name and sold as one product. As for similar products but different colors, they are packaged together in the same package as a package unit. Other forms will be specifically inspected by the management department and decided by the ASEAN cosmetics committee.
It is necessary to notify immediately when there are changes to the contents announced by the organization.
The application receipt number for each standard announcement is valid for 3 years. Accordingly, individuals must re-publish at least 1 month before the registration application receipt number expires.
